The Charter of Caves is an international strategy for sustainable development of accessible caves. It is a tool to better manage caves, both by conservation and by tourist point of view.
The Charter has been developed by the ADRIATICAVES project partnership in close cooperation with tour operators and local administrators, with great attention to
the preservation of the natural and historic heritage.
The aims of the Charter is to mitigate the impact of visits and tourist management of the caves, but also to promote the caves belonging to the Adriaticaves network.
Twentyseven managers of Adrion and Ionian caves’ have already signed the Charter of the caves, if you are a cave manager and do you want join the strategy with Adriaticaves network, LET’S GO SIGN THE CHARTER.
