The Partner EPB-R is going to implement the training seminar for speleoguides “A geoheritage to be protected: understanding and explaining the underground world and its fragilities”. This training aims at updating the speleo-guides of Adriaticaves partnership about the karst heritage, its natural features and the relation between human beings and karst landscape in the gypsum area in Romagna as well as the realization of safe visits in non-equipped caves respecting the karst environment.

The training seminar will hold on May 4th and 5th 2019 at the Ca’ Carne Visitor Center, situated in the Regional Park of the Vena del Gesso Romagnola.

The action is developed in the framework of the project WP T.1 Tourism Development and Sustainable Management Strategy, aimed at increasing the sustainable tourism in the caves and karst surrounding areas, under a common trademark “Adriaticaves”, based on common naturalistic, historical, and landscape values of the karst areas of the Adrion area.
